GetYourStuff LLC, an Amazon DSP, is hiring full-time delivery drivers to join our team. You’ll be delivering Amazon packages, driving a company vehicle, and upholding safety and customer service standards.

We value reliability, independence, flexibility and a strong work ethic. Expect 4-day weeks, paid weekly pay at $22.25/hour, benefits, and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Good English speaking, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company vehicle; follow local/state laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction under pressure.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs; load and unload in delivery vehicle; work in all weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and clocking in/out.
• Support the team in daily work requirements and rescue calls as needed.

Qualifications

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $22.25/ hour(paid weekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-day workweek (40 hours)is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle anddeliverpackageson time
• Safelydrive and perform safetyinspectionson Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provideexcellent customer serviceand satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep paceinphysically demandingjob; work in allweatherconditions;liftpackages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must have held state driver’s license for at least4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have aclean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills

Additional Information

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
