TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned delivery drivers for full-time warehouse delivery roles. You will deliver products in a professional, safe manner using company vehicles, assist with warehouse inventory, and have opportunities for career growth.

This position emphasizes safety, adherence to DOT rules, and reliable customer service in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused approach to delivery work.
• 1+ years of box truck or delivery experience.
• No at-fault accidents in past 1+ years.
• Clean MVR and valid driver’s license.
• DOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within company policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Adhere to route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
• Handle COD as required per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle/work area.
• Maintain customer service aligned with company values.
• Wear provided uniform.
• Operate MHE as needed.
• Other duties as requested or needed.
