Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking Service and Delivery Drivers to join our Distribution team. You will deliver products to customers in a professional, safe manner using company vehicles and assist with warehouse inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• Safety mindset and responsibility for delivering products in a professional and safe manner.
• Experience with box trucks or delivery driving is preferred.
• At least 1 year with no at-fault accidents and a clean driving record.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license for vehicle classes used by the company.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate for NTW operations.
• Ability to complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by policy and DOT regulations.
• Compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws; pre-employment screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously per policy.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT hours-of-service regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Follow predetermined route sequences when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
• Handle COD payments per policy when applicable.
• Keep vehicle and work area clean, safe, and secure.
• Support people-focused values in customer service.
• Wear provided uniform in clean condition.
• Operate MHE safely when needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
