Job Description

Job Duties:

• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product; receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and to customer door; deliver flyers and marketing materials.

Training: Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

Communication Skills:

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers via phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills:

• Math proficiency: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; accurate monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone order processing.
• Motor coordination between head and hands; rapid and accurate movements.
• Typing or touch‑screen order entry.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Exposure to varying weather conditions during outside tasks, including adverse weather.
• Indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas.
• Exposure to food odors, commercial dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Tasks involving standing, walking, sitting, lifting (up to 60 lb), carrying (up to 30 lb), pushing, and climbing stairs.
