Full‑time position. Job Category: Store Delivery Expert.

Compensation: $17.13 to $20.82 per hour, plus Mileage, plus Tips. Cash tips daily. Paid Sick Leave per WA State law. Qualifying full‑time employees will be offered employer‑sponsored medical benefits. Employee discounts and opportunities for advancement.

Job Duties – Store Operations

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.

Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills:

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions:

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ in some work areas, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Seismic: Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments: Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data; make judgments and decisions.

Physical Demands

Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking on ceramic tile, linoleum. Height of work surfaces 36–48”.

Walking: Generally short distances.

Sitting: Paperwork completed on office desk or table.

Loading: Bulk product deliveries load twice a week or more using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3’ × 1.5’.

Carrying: Various items ranging 3–30 lb carried to storage or front of store, trays, pizza dough.

Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies up to 30” requiring up to 7.5 lb force.

Climbing: Infrequent navigation stairs or ladder.

Bending/Stooping: Forward bending at waist for pizza assembly, stock, etc.

Crouching/ Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching: Frequently up, down, forward, up to 72” or beyond.

Hand Tasks: Continuous eye‑hand coordination with use of forearms, wrists; manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, cardboard box assembly.

Machines, Tools, Equipment: Access to pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, peel.

Driver Responsibilities

• Deliver product by car to customer door; deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Driver Essential Skills

• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Driver Physical Demands

Carrying: During delivery, carry pizzas, sides, beverages while walking.

Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. May make several deliveries per shift.

Walking: Between store and delivery vehicle, and from vehicle to customer location.

Climbing: During delivery may require navigation of five or more flights of stairs.

Work Conditions – Driver:

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.

Sensing: Far vision and night vision for driving.
