Domino's Durham is seeking a delivery driver to provide fast, friendly service, deliver pizzas and maintain accuracy in order accuracy, handle payments, and promote specials.

You will navigate routes, keep vehicle clean and safe, follow grooming standards, work as part of a energetic team, and contribute to a fun, high-energy store environment.

Prioritize safe driving, excellent customer communication, and reliable performance in a dynamic, weekly-shift setting.

Formación

• Must pass background check.
• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and assist customers safely and promptly.
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually.
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, opening/closing procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout.
• Exhibit urgency when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and use a computer-based order entry system.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

Additional Information

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, meeting company standards as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. You must be listed as and insured driver on this vehicle. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery areas and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

You must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.

In addition you must operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in-cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associate paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily.
