Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Apply mathematical skills—add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eye–hand movements to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Walking; travel between store and delivery vehicle and from delivery vehicle to customer's location.
• Paperwork; completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting; bulk product deliveries unloaded using hand truck; items up to 50 pounds and dimensions 3' x 1.5'; cases lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
• Carrying; large cans (3 pounds 7 ounces); pizza sauce 30 pounds; trays of pizza dough 12 pounds per tray; carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Pushing; moving trays on dollies; stacks on a dolly approx 24-30; force up to 7.5 pounds.
• Pulled; trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing; infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladder; during delivery may navigate five or more flights of stairs.
• Eye–hand coordination continuous; frequent use of hands; shape pizza dough; manipulate pizza peel and rolling cutter; forceful pinching in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
• Tools; use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

Driving Specific Duties

• Deliver product by car to customer's door.
