Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking delivery drivers in Louisiana to provide a friendly, efficient service experience for customers and to uphold Domino’s brand standards. This role offers flexible hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

You will deliver orders, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team environment. Ideal candidates are 21+, with at least 2 years of driving, a valid license, dependable vehicle, and strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36-48 high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
