Job summary

RPM Pizza in Biloxi, MS is looking for Delivery Drivers to join our family-owned team. This flexible, hourly role delivers hot pizza and provides friendly service to customers in a fast-paced setting.

You will uphold brand standards, manage time effectively, and work with a supportive team. Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be comfortable with a dash camera and company equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36-48 high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
