Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to navigate using GPS technology and route planning tools.
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Normal and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining detailed records of deliveries.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and well-maintained.
• Accurately load, unload, and organize products for delivery, ensuring items are handled with care.
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, customer signatures, and any delivery-related documentation.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times.
