Job summary

MBR Management, a locally owned franchise of Domino's, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver for our Minooka location at 855 S Ridge Road. You will be the face of our brand, delivering smiles and top-notch service to customers on a flexible, fast-paced route-driven shift.

You must be 18+, with a valid driver's license and a clean MVR, access to a reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean MVR.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check and MVR verification.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Minooka area.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization positively at every delivery.
• Load, transport, and unload packages while ensuring product quality and integrity.
• Navigate routes efficiently using local knowledge and navigation tools to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain delivery records and documentation for all transactions.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.

• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a commitment to punctuality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods in the Minooka area (preferred)
• Proficiency with GPS and navigation technology (preferred)
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification
• Positive attitude, reliability, and resilience in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
