Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Deliver product by car to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical demands include carrying pizzas and beverages while walking, driving within a designated delivery area, traveling between the store and delivery vehicle, navigating five or more flights of stairs, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching above 72 inches, eye-hand coordination, and using hands for pizza dough shaping, cutting, and moving objects.
