JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age or older.

• Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products as needed.

TRAINING

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS

• Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly, including making correct change.
• Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination for precise movements at speed.
• Ability to enter orders via computer or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces. Physical tasks include lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, and stooping.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Tasks involve standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, reaching, and hand tasks requiring coordination and strength.

DRIVING SPECIFIC DUTIES

Deliver products by car, deliver flyers and door hangers, requiring a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
