MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, is seeking a delivery driver in Louisville to bring hot pizzas and other products to customers with a focus on reliability and friendly service.

As a part-time Delivery Driver, you will navigate routes, manage deliveries with accuracy, and represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset. Training and flexible hours are provided to fit your schedule.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean MVR.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and MVR verification.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and deliver products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Louisville area.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Organize and load delivery vehicles to ensure product quality and safe transport.
• Communicate with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and deliver products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as business demands
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
