Starting Pay & Incentives:

Begin at $10.50 per hour, with a guaranteed $0.50 raise after completing driver training and 90 days of employment. Our Rockstar Delivery Drivers can average $25 per hour or more, including tips and daily-paid mileage reimbursements!

Requirements:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, etc. as necessary
• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Open availability is a huge plus! However we will accept all availability.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Training Introduction

At Jimmy John’s, we use a blended training approach to build the knowledge and skills for you to be successful in your role. We use Managers and in-store trainers, called Brand Ambassadors, to provide you hip-to-hip training on how to perform each task at a JJ’s and we also use FAST TRACK, which is our Learning Management System (LMS) that provides you e-learning courses, job aids and other operational tools to reference, on your pathway to becoming a JJ ROCKSTAR. Blending hands by learning with computer-based instruction gets you ready to rock your first 30 days at JJ’s.
