Job summary

NAPA Williamsport is seeking delivery drivers to join our team. You will deliver auto parts to wholesale customers and local businesses, building real relationships while ensuring on-time delivery from our Williamsport, PA location.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. No prior automotive experience is needed—we provide training to help you succeed and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good, clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Hard-working attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting and maintaining vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver auto parts accurately and on time to wholesale customers and local businesses.
• Plan and establish efficient delivery routes.
• Pick up parts from vendors and stock the stockroom accurately.
• Pull, sort, and stock inventory as needed.
• Handle returns and tracking systems with organization and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and pass safety checks.
• Operate the vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record.
• Back up in-store positions when not on deliveries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver auto parts accurately and on time to wholesale customers and local businesses
• Plan and establish efficient delivery routes
• Pick up parts from vendors and ensure the stockroom is accurately stocked
• Pull, sort, and stock inventory as needed
• Handle returns and tracking systems with organization and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and pass regular safety checks
• Operate the vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record at all times
• Back up in-store positions (counter, stocking, etc.) when not on deliveries

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license and a good, clean driving record
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Hard-working attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company vehicles and assets
• Ability to learn how to drive a manual transmission (helpful but not required at all locations)
• No prior automotive experience needed — we will train you
