Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Delivery Driver to keep stores running smoothly and customers happy. You’ll deliver auto parts to wholesale customers and local businesses, build relationships, and learn on the job with our training program.

No prior automotive experience is required; we provide training and everything you need to succeed. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment with opportunities to grow in the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good, clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Hard-working attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company vehicles and assets.
• Ability to learn how to drive a manual transmission (helpful but not required at all locations).
• No prior automotive experience needed — we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver auto parts accurately and on time to wholesale customers and local businesses.
• Plan and establish efficient delivery routes.
• Pick up parts from vendors and ensure the stockroom is accurately stocked.
• Pull, sort, and stock inventory as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, returns, and tracking systems with organization and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and pass regular safety checks.
• Operate the vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record at all times.
• Back up in-store positions (counter, stocking, etc.) when not on deliveries.
