Job summary

Salvador Logistics is urgently hiring Delivery Drivers in West Fargo, ND. No CDL required — a regular driver’s license qualifies and training is provided. Starting in 1–2 weeks, you’ll work 10-hour shifts with weekly pay at $22 per hour and access to incentives, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (non CDL — no commercial license needed).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for marijuana).
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• No prior delivery driver, warehouse, or courier experience required — we train you.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at our West Fargo warehouse, load your van, and deliver on time using GPS
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions
• Use a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication
• Help teammates with rescue stops when needed
• 10-hour shifts (weekdays & weekends based on business needs)
