Salvador Logistics is urgently hiring Delivery Drivers in West Fargo, ND. No CDL required — if you have a regular driver’s license, you can start your delivery driver career with us in 1–2 weeks.

We offer 10-hour shifts, $22 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Training provided; no prior delivery experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid non-CDL driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Ability to lift/move packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• No prior delivery experience required — company trains you.

Responsibilities

• Start shift at West Fargo warehouse, load van, and deliver on time using GPS.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions.
• Use a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication.
• Help teammates with rescue stops when needed.

Job Description

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (non CDL — no commercial license needed)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for marijuana)
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• No prior delivery driver, warehouse, or courier experience required — we train you

What You'll Do

• Start your shift at our West Fargo warehouse, load your van, and deliver on time using GPS
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions

Schedule & Benefits

• 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
