Job summary

Edible Arrangements is seeking a Delivery Ambassador to hand-deliver our gift and treat orders with care in the Wesley Chapel area. You will maintain a professional image, provide excellent service, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to customers.

Responsibilities include organizing routes, logging delivery tickets, loading products, and keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained. A valid license and a friendly, team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid, active State Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of service area geography.
• Ability to read a map and navigate independently.
• Professional, neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately delivers Edible products to customers in a courteous, timely manner.
• Organizes delivery tickets and plans efficient routes.
• Loads product into the delivery vehicle and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
• Operates delivery vehicle safely and adheres to traffic laws.
• Documents deliveries and maintains accurate records as required.
• Supports food production tasks as needed and assists teammates.

The Delivery Ambassador is responsible for representing Edible® by maintaining a

professional image and providing excellent customer service. The Delivery

Ambassador is also responsible for delivering Edible® orders accurately, in a

timely manner, and with the highest level of customer service. In this job,

everyone is happy to see you!

How

you'll make an impact:

Accurately delivers Edible® products to customers in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner

Gathers and organizes delivery tickets by area

Logs tickets in the computer system

Organizes most efficient routes

Loads product in the delivery vehicle

Assists with food production tasks and other duties as needed

Maintains clean and safe vehicles

Responsible for vehicle maintenance and general care of vehicle

Safe operation of delivery vehicles

Compensation based on prior delivery experience
