Edible Arrangements is hiring for a Customer Service & Delivery role in Depew, NY. You will be on the move, delivering fruit bouquets and providing friendly service to customers daily.

The position emphasizes reliable, punctual work ethic, strong communication, and the ability to handle routes independently on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous customer service, delivery, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Familiarity with Depew, NY and surrounding Western New York area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times.
• Process customer orders in a professional and efficient manner.
