Job summary

Trillium Drivers is seeking experienced Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers for a long-term opportunity in the New York area. The role involves early starts, 26-foot box trucks, and multiple daily deliveries of construction materials to sites.

You will load/unload, perform touch freight with pallet jacks, and complete paperwork while adhering to DOT safety rules. Required are a valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and a current DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• Previous experience operating a 26-foot box truck.
• Experience making multiple deliveries preferred.
• Comfortable handling touch freight and performing physical delivery duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26-foot box truck equipped with an automatic transmission.
• Make multiple daily deliveries of construction materials to various construction sites.
• Safely load, unload, and handle construction materials at delivery locations.
• Perform touch-freight deliveries using provided electric pallet jacks.
• Ensure materials are delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain communication with dispatch.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $26.00 per hour
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Start Time: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• Hours: 40+ hours per week
• Position: Long-term opportunity

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a 26-foot box truck equipped with an automatic transmission.
• Make multiple daily deliveries of construction materials to various construction sites.
