Job summary

Trillium Staffing in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an experienced Non-CDL Delivery Driver for a temp-to-hire role. Schedule Monday–Friday, start 6:00 AM; routes cover about 150 miles weekly, delivering electrical equipment with a 24-foot auto flatbed.

You will load and unload, operate the vehicle safely, complete pre/post trip inspections, and maintain logs while providing professional customer service. Requires valid Non-CDL Class C/D/E, 3+ years' delivery driving, clean driving record, and ability

Responsibilities

• Use a dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift when needed.
• Obtain customer signatures or scans.
• Follow routes and delivery schedules.
• Report delays to dispatch and maintain logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Non-CDL Delivery Driver for a possible temp-to-hire opportunity

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start time: 6:00 AM until deliveries are completed
Pay rate: $23.00 per hour
Vehicle: Automatic 24-foot flatbed with liftgate
Cargo: Electrical equipment
Driving area: Approximately 150 miles per week

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate an automatic 24-foot flatbed truck
• Deliver electrical equipment to customer locations
• Load, organize, and offload products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Use a dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift when necessary
• Obtain customer signatures or warehouse scans
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or delivery issues
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate driving and delivery logsKeep the assigned vehicle clean
• Follow all company, traffic, safety, and applicable DOT regulations
• Provide professional customer service
• Approximately 80% of the workday will involve driving
• The remaining time will involve loading, unloading, and completing delivery paperwork

Requirements

• Valid Non-CDL Class C, D, or E driver’s license
• At least 3 years of commercial delivery-driving experience
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience maneuvering and parking large vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
