Job summary

JM Test Systems is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Delivery Driver to support our customers and logistics operations in the Mount Braddock, PA area. This role goes beyond driving and serves as a key link between JM Test Systems and our customers.

You’ll be responsible for safely picking up and delivering customer and company equipment, ensuring orders are accurate, communicating with customers and our internal logistics team, and helping keep our operations moving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in driving, delivery, logistics, or fleet roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily routes with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily pickup and delivery routes across assigned territory.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment.
• Verify equipment, quantities, and customer information at stops.
• Obtain signatures and complete proof-of-delivery docs.
• Communicate route changes and customer requests to logistics team.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Follow DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety requirements.
• Use company systems and mobile apps to manage routes and documentation.

This is more than just a driving position. Our drivers are an important connection between JM Test Systems and our customers. You’ll beresponsible for safely picking up and delivering customer and company equipment, ensuring orders are accurate, communicating with customers and our internal logistics team, and helping keep our operations moving.

What You’ll Do

• Completedaily pickup and delivery routes throughout the assigned territory
• Safelyload, secure, transport, and unload company and customer equipment
• Verifyequipment, quantities, paperwork, and customer information at each stop
• Obtainrequired signatures and complete proof-of-delivery documentation
• Communicateroute changes, delays, customer requests, or other issues to the logisticsteam
• Provideprofessional and friendly service while representing JM Test Systems atcustomer locations
• Completerequired pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keepyour assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and in good operating condition
• Followall company safety requirements, fleet policies, and applicable DOT/FMCSAregulations
• Usecompany systems and mobile applications to manage routes, deliveries, andrequired documentation
• Travelto industrial facilities, plants, refineries, and other customer locationsas needed
• Completeadministrative tasks including but not limited to: logistics outreach& coordination and shipping & receiving.

What We’re Looking For

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Previousprofessional driving, delivery, logistics, warehouse, or fleet experiencepreferred
• Strongcustomer service and communication skills
• Abilityto work independently and manage a daily route with minimal supervision
• Dependable,organized, and comfortable adapting when schedules or customer needschange
• Abilityto lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortablewith early start times, extended days, and occasional overnight traveldepending on route needs
• Abilityto safely operate company vehicles in varying traffic and weatherconditions
• Comfortabilitywith using computer software systems such as Microsoft Office products(Word, Outlook, Exell)
• Abilityto learn and operate logistics, shipping, receiving, and administrativesoftware systems as used at the branch location
• Flexibilityto shift between primary and secondary functions based on route schedule,volume, and operational need

Driver Requirements

Because this is a safety-sensitive driving position,candidates must meet the following requirements at the time of hire:

• Be atleast 25 years old
• Possessa valid driver's license from your state of legal residence thatauthorizes operation of vehicles or combinations with a GVWR of 10,001-26,001lbs. A standard personal-use driver's license is not sufficient forthis position.
• Possessand maintain a current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
• MeetJM Test Systems' Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements
• Meetapplicable DOT/FMCSA and company driver qualification requirements
• Participatein required drug and alcohol testing programs
