Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $13.75-$14.50

This role involves a variety of activities including driving, installing merchandise, assisting customers, and supporting store operations. Being store-based, you'll also help with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Each day offers different experiences and opportunities to connect with community members.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Meet DOT certification requirements in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL not necessary
• No overnight travel required
