Job Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer, and other beverages to accounts safely and responsibly while complying with federal laws.
• Maintain good relations with retail customers, provide excellent customer service, and resolve concerns.
• Manage confidential information and collect payments, reconcile loads with receipts and invoices.
• Complete daily sales and delivery records, handle returns, and ensure legal compliance with liquor laws.
• Maintain vehicle condition through inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance requests.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and CDL (Class A or B).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent sitting, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing.
• Regularly lift 45-65 lbs.
• Use hands and fingers to operate vehicle and devices.
