Bellmont Cabinets is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to transport high-end cabinetry across Western Washington. You will operate a 26-foot box truck, load and unload items, and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries in a fast-paced team setting.

Join a safety-conscious crew, collaborate with a Delivery Driver Helper, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining exceptional customer service. A valid WA driver’s license and a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of large item delivery driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid Washington driver's license.
• Ability to lift 65–75 lbs and occasionally 100–125 lbs with helper.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26-foot box truck to deliver cabinets throughout Western Washington, with occasional overnight trips.
• Safely load/unload cabinets and navigate tight spaces.
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain safety standards.
• Work in a two-person team with a Delivery Driver Helper.

Delivery DriverPurposeWe are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our high-performing Shipping Department. You’re not just looking for another job—you want to be part of a company where teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are part of the culture.What You’ll DoOperate a 26-foot box truck to deliver cabinets and parts to customers throughout Western Washington, with occasional overnight trips.Operate a delivery van safely and follow all traffic laws and company safety standards to minimize risk.Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.Safely load and unload cabinets and parts, maneuvering bulky items into tight spaces as needed.Works as part of a two-person team, ensuring you are never alone on the job. You will be partnered with a Delivery Driver Helper who will assist with daily tasks, including moving cabinetry and navigating delivery spots.Share ideas to improve delivery processes and prevent damage or accidents.Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday. The workday starts at 5:00 AM, with end times varying depending on the delivery schedule.What You BringMinimum of 1 year of large item delivery driving experience highly preferred.Comfortable with operating and navigating a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less.Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours.Ability to consistently lift 65-75 lbs and occasionally lift 100-125 lbs with the assistance of your helper.A strong focus on safety, reliability, excellent customer service, and a team-first attitude.Applicants must be 21+ years or older, with a valid driver’s license.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.What You’ll NeedClean driving record and background check.Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license.This position is part of a drug-free workplace program and is subject to DOT-compliant random drug testing, covering all substances prohibited by DOT, including marijuana.Why BellmontAt Bellmont Cabinets, we don’t just build cabinets—we build careers.
