You will be responsible for the proper handling and delivery of products, ensuring outstanding customer service and representing Dillanos professionally throughout your route.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clock in on time and prepare for your route.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips as per the Delivery Manual.
• Complete routes efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Account for all deliveries, products, coffee, and equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Communicate issues promptly with supervisors and team members.
• Deliver to all customers regardless of location or attire.
• Move purposefully and perform duties timely.
• Be proactive in all aspects of delivery.

Skill Requirements and Physical Demands

Must be 21 or older, have a clean Motor Vehicle Record, pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check, and be insurable to operate company vehicles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-managed, navigationally skilled, able to perform basic math, and communicate effectively. Prior experience driving large box trucks and customer service is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, walk, stand, bend, and sit for extended periods.
