Savard Group is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our local team in the Lake Charles area. You will operate a non-CDL flatbed truck, perform local deliveries, and occasionally drive to Beaumont, TX and Baton Rouge, LA. The role requires dependable, punctual work ethic and the ability to follow detailed delivery instructions.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, with a temp-to-perm duration. Prior delivery or truck driving experience is preferred, and a clean driving record is valued for

Formación

• Previous truck driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Experience operating a flatbed truck is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a non-CDL flatbed truck to transport and deliver materials.
• Complete local deliveries throughout the Lake Charles area.
• Occasionally transport loads to Beaumont, TX, and Baton Rouge, LA.
• Secure and inspect loads to ensure materials are transported safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Verify delivery information and ensure materials arrive at the correct destinations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch or management regarding delivery schedules.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
