Job summary

OTTO in South Portland, ME is seeking a Delivery Driver to bring menu items to customers at their homes or workplaces. You will review orders for accuracy, ensure on-time delivery, and provide friendly, professional service while following safety and sanitation standards.

The role involves navigating routes efficiently, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance in OTTO uniform.

• Must have valid car insurance (must be primary policy for work related driving).
• Must have valid registration (personal vehicle is required).
• Must have a good standing MVR.
• Must provide your own reliable vehicle complying with state regulation.
• Delivery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with state vehicle laws and provide OTTO Corporate with valid car registration and insurance.

• Collect payments from customers at the point of delivery.
• Provide proper change to customer when needed.
• Comply with established sanitation standards, safety, personal hygiene and health standards. Utilizes proper food handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance; wears uniform provided by OTTO.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY
