Job summary

3L Logistics Inc. in Rockford, IL is seeking reliable FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. You will drive a delivery vehicle, load and unload packages, and maintain accurate delivery logs.

Starting pay is $19.50/hour with performance-based raises. Paid training is provided, plus benefits and a flexible schedule to balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test (including marijuana).
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (employer-paid).
• Physical ability to move packages up to 150 lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work toward shared goals.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.

What You'll Be Doing

As a FedEx Delivery Driver, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Safely driving a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers.
• Navigating various routes through city and rural areas while adhering to a time schedule.
• Loading and unloading packages for delivery.
• Completing logs and reports to ensure accurate tracking of deliveries.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• To be at least 21 years old.
• A valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
• The ability to pass a state and federal background check.
• The ability to pass a DOT drug test (includes marijuana).
• The ability to obtain a DOT Med Card (employer-paid).
• Physical ability to move packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
