Job summary

Nackard Pepsi in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure timely, accurate deliveries of product orders across assigned accounts. You will unload, merchandize, and act as a brand ambassador, while maintaining safety and records.

This full-time, hourly role requires a clean driving record, Arizona Class-A CDL, ability to lift 35 lbs, and flexible hours. You’ll work a 40-hour week with a 30-minute lunch and occasional longer days, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or at least one-month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
• Loads delivery vehicle with palettes scheduled for delivery.
• Delivers product to correct addresses, obtains signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Picks up product along the scheduled route, including items to be returned and other company orders.
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Reports larger vehicle service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Verify equipment, inventory, and paperwork for the prescribed route.
• Perform proper checkout procedures before accepting load.
• Perform DOT or other company procedures before leaving company property.
• Use 2 wheel dolly and/or pallet jack as needed.
• Verify all returning items and paperwork with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Must be able to lift product repeatedly, weighing at least 35 pounds during a 10-12 hour work period.

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for insuring timely and accurate deliveries of product orders to various accounts in assigned territories. The position is also responsible for unloading product at the designated accounts, merchandising the products and acting as a brand ambassador of Nackard Pepsi.

Must be 18 years or older. Possess a clean driving record. Possess a current, valid Arizona Class-A CDL . Be able to physically handle a large quantity of cases daily, weighing at least 35 lbs.

SCHEDULE:

• 40hrs/ wk (30min lunch)
• Flexible to accommodate a 10-12hr workday.
