Job summary

Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport caskets to funeral homes across the assigned territory from Peoria, IL. The role requires adherence to delivery schedules, safety protocols, and proper handling of caskets weighing up to approximately 100 lbs.

A clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card are required. You will join a team supported by Marmon Holdings and will operate with a focus on exceptional customer service and professional

Qualifications

• High School, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
• Adaptable, with strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all caskets are inspected and prepared before shipment.
• Follow delivery schedule set by the warehouse manager and deliver caskets on-time with high service standards.
• Unload and receive casket replenishment inventory from the Lynn, IN facility; ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Drive delivery vehicle and handle loads up to 100 lbs.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a clean driving record.

Handle, lift, and load caskets up to approx.* 100lbs.
