Job summary

Delivery Driver – Grow at Vireo Health, Inc. is responsible for cannabis delivery across Florida and for work in the grow when not delivering. Night availability is required, and you may stay past shift end to finish deliveries and check inventory.

A valid driver's license, MED badge, and clean driving record are required. You will service orders from your queue between shift start and end, maintain documents, and coordinate with the Scheduler or Manager for scheduling.

• Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and motor vehicle record check
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights

What we offer:

• Compensation: $18/hr

What the role is about:

The Delivery Driver delivers across the state and works in the grow when not delivering. Drivers service every order in their queue between scheduled shift start and end before returning to the depot, work batch or dynamic delivery based on the company's needs that day, and may need to stay up to an hour past shift end to finish deliveries and check in inventory. Night availability is required.

What impact you'll make:

• Maintain valid required documents including your driver's license
• Complete quality inventory checks before and after shifts, including driver report sheets, GPS check-in/out, and driver kit
• Work batch or dynamic delivery as the company's needs require each day
• Service all orders in your queue between scheduled shift start and end before returning to the depot
• Arrive with a fully charged cell phone, charger, and mount
• Communicate scheduling needs with the Scheduler or Manager in advance; no no-call/no-show
• Work in the grow when not delivering
• Submit paperwork to HR when requested or required by law

What you've accomplished:

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with fewer than 2 points
• MED badge required
• Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and motor vehicle record check following a conditional offer
• Outstanding problem-solving and time management abilities; a self-starter who can troubleshoot on the spot
• Positive, pleasant, patient, sincere, adaptable, punctual, and reliable with a professional presentation
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Must be available to work nights

Working conditions & physical requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs periodically and sit for long periods of time
• Must enjoy driving
