The role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day). Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly. It also involves reaching, squatting, bending, and delivering in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate accounts to local standards
• Move products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns
• Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
