Job summary

Nabis, the leading cannabis wholesale platform, is hiring Delivery Drivers in California to complete local product deliveries and warehouse transfers. You will build strong relationships with vendors and customers, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide top-notch service while transporting products.

The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and comfortable driving Class C vehicles with a clean driving record. Medical/Dental/Vision and on-site snacks are offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate all Class C vehicles including light box trucks.
• Deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities.
• Load and unload product into vehicles at shift start and end.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections daily.
• Care for packages and vehicles while in transit; ensure proper paperwork is signed.
• Resolve delivery issues using problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with order support teams for deliveries and payment pickups.
• Relay customer feedback to management for improvements.
• Act as brand ambassador and provide excellent service.
• Comply with DOT, CA Cannabis Control regulations and company policies.

The Role

Our Delivery Drivers at Nabis are tasked with completing local product deliveries, as well as long-haul warehouse transfers within California. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive relationship with vendors & customers, and being a knowledgeable steward for policies & regulations, while efficiently transporting and delivering products and providing top notch customer service. We are seeking employees that are professional, cheerful, and proactive. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be punctual, trustworthy and comfortable with the responsibility of delivering valuable products. This person must be experienced with operating large vehicles and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate all Class C vehicles, including but not limited to light box trucks
• Securely deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities
• Load and unload product into vehicles upon start and end of each shift
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections at the start of every shift
• Inspect and care for packages while in transit, and carefully handle company vehicles
• Ensure the customer correctly signs off on all required paperwork
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise upon delivery
• Communicate effectively with order support teams to ensure successful completion of scheduled deliveries and payment pickups
• Relate all relevant feedback from customers to management for improvements to efficiencies and customer experience
• Act as brand ambassador and answer questions from customers
• Always provide the highest level of service and be knowledgeable about Nabis
• Comply with company security protocols, DOT regulations, CA Department of Cannabis Control regulations, and all company policies/procedures

• Valid CA driver's license which will be required to be with you at all times during shifts
• A clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than 1 point on driving record)
• Competitive pay starting at $23 per hour, paid weekly.
