Spears Enterprises, LLC is the largest volume Amazon Delivery Service Provider in Western Carolina based in Mills River, NC. We pride ourselves in delivering the most smiles to the Amazon Prime Customer base in the Greater Asheville area. Our Delivery Driver team is what keeps us on top and moving forward!

We are seeking reliable, independent, flexible, hard working drivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, DoorDash Driver, Uber/Lyft Driver, Amazon Flex Driver, or in any outdoor-based jobs such as Construction or Landscaping makes you an excellent candidate for this position!

What we expect from you:

• Reliability: Cover your assigned shift and make it work on time
• Attention To Detail: Successfully handle and deliver Amazon Prime packages on time
• Safety First: Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to our customers to ensure a satisfying experience with every delivery
• Staying Active: Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at different locations
• Staying Connected: Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Team Work: Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in periodic rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes as needed
• BE SAFE and HAVE FUN

Excellent Benefits & Flexible Scheduling:

• $21.75 - $23.00 / hour (paid weekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• Flexible 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical
• Shift begins at 9:40 am or 10:30 am
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
• Opportunity for performance incentives and weekly safety bonuses
• Medical Benefits Available (Full Time Employees only)
• Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

Requirements:

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old
• Drivers must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years
• Drivers must be authorized to work in the United States
• Drivers must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (We do not test for marijuana)
• Drivers must have a good motor vehicle report.
