At Stan's Shoes, part of the Midwest Shoe Merchants family, we're hiring a Part-Time Delivery Driver to support our family of retail brands and locations.

As a part-time driver, your respect for the product, your teammates, and our customers plays a key role in delivering more than just merchandise - you're delivering comfort and care. Whether you're lifting, loading, or pulling up to a retail location's loading zone, you're helping create a seamless experience rooted in authenticity and service.

What the Role Looks Like

Your day starts by reviewing the delivery schedule and preparing shipments for drop-off by loading the truck, carefully organizing packages and merchandise to ensure safe transport. Once the vehicle is packed and ready, you'll head out on your route, making scheduled stops at our stores within the Milwaukee area and our store in Niles, IL. Each delivery requires attention to detail and professionalism, as you will interact directly with our retail teams, confirming orders and ensuring items are properly handled. At the end of the route, you'll return to the warehouse to unload any remaining cargo.

You will work closely with the team to coordinate any special requests or changes to the delivery schedule, contributing to the overall customer-centric approach that Stan's Shoes is known for.

Pay & Schedule

• $15 per hour
• 3-5 hours per day, 2-3 days per week
• Day shifts only - no evenings or overnight hours
• No work on major holidays - we close to prioritize time with family

What You Bring

We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, who possesses excellent time management skills. The job involves consistent physical activity, including lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds, often multiple times throughout the day. Familiarity with navigation tools or GPS systems is essential to efficiently navigate delivery routes and ensure on-time deliveries. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively with team members is crucial for a seamless delivery process.

Experience driving light to medium duty trucks (maximum 26' truck) is helpful but not required. You will be required to pass a background check and DMV verification to uphold the company's commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. By utilizing these skills and tools, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service that our customers have come to expect from Stan's Shoes.
