Job summary

Rosetta Bakery in Miami is seeking a part-time Driver to support deliveries and pickups on Saturdays and Sundays from 6 AM to 1 PM. The role includes loading vehicles, delivering parcels, and maintaining basic delivery records.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, speak/read/write English, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Italian language is a plus; flexible hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes deliveries and pickups for the day.

• Reports vehicle maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Assists in warehouse duties after route.
• Maintains professional image and adheres to the uniform policy.

Rosetta Bakery is currently looking for a motivated Driver to join our team for part time.

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 6AM to 1PM.

Responsibilities:

• Completes an efficient delivery and picks up the route for the day.
• Responsible for loading delivery vehicles with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assists in general warehouse duties when the delivery route is completed.
• Is able to carry 50 pounds or more regularly
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Italian is a plus
• A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure with other staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Maintains a professional image at all times that fall within the uniform policy.
• This position's hours of work and days vary based on business needs and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to drive safely
• Able to remain courteous and professional at all times
