Mechanical Systems Company LLC is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor who focuses on working with our commercial and industrial customers on design-build, negotiated, and plan and spec projects to ensure the absolute best value for the price. We concentrate on our customers' needs delivering mechanical solutions in design, engineering, construction, and energy efficiency.
Currently, we're looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will consider their safety, the safety of their team, and public safety as their top priority every day/all day. She/He will have an impeccable driving record, be very organized and highly motivated, and demonstrate thoughtful balance when performing multiple tasks daily. Duties will include parts delivery to technicians in the field, receiving parts, taking care of vehicles, and other responsibilities as assigned. Typical Work Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required
Pay Rate: $15.00+ per hour commensurate with experience
Our Benefits:
Primary Job Function: Drive vehicles with capacities under three tons to transport materials to and from specified destinations, such as job sites, vendors, or offices. Assist installers in loading and unloading vans. Maintain and inspect vehicle supplies and equipment, making sure all vehicles are in proper working condition. List return material when necessary, return to stock, and turn in receipts from the deliveries. Maintain records and drivers' reports and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
