Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up products and supplies throughout region.
• Help to unload delivery vehicles as they arrive to the warehouse.
• Complete assigned deliveries in a safe manner.
• Install equipment at customer sites.
• Pick up old toner for customer returns and complete required paperwork.
• Log deliveries and pickups.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• Pick up equipment from other branches as necessary.
• Assist in setting up products at customer’s locations.
• Ensure safety of company vehicle and assets.
• May assist with general warehouse maintenance.
• May assist with cycle count inventory to include parts, supplies and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of:

• Driving delivery vehicles and road safety.
• Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word).

Ability to:

• Prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Be a strong communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Be a team-oriented, problem solver who takes ownership of work performed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
Experience: Prior delivery experience. In addition, must have a clean driving record and a valid State Driver’s License.
