Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
• Manually load and unload delivery trucks, verify parts loaded and unloaded, and collect payments from customers.
• Obtain signatures from receiving locations to confirm accuracy of deliveries and handle returned items.
• Drive in a safe, courteous manner, avoiding traffic violations and accidents.
• Verify truck condition, load, and related paperwork before delivery.
• Unload trucks at destination, verify parts, and document transactions.
• Make notations on manifests and provide receipts for returns.
• Collect accounts receivable as needed.
• Follow company policies and complete annual training.
• Operate in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

• No degree required; 1+ years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs and meet DOT testing and physical requirements.
• At least 21 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Six months of related delivery driving experience.
• Prior warehouse operations experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic math skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow procedures.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

May require standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in various conditions, including hazardous situations and cramped spaces. Travel may be necessary, including overnight stays.
