Job summary

Workstream is hiring a Delivery/Restaurant Associate in Missouri. The role requires handling telephone orders and cash, delivering sandwiches within a defined area, and maintaining spotless restaurant standards.

You will greet customers, take orders, operate the POS, and ensure timely service with a friendly attitude. Applicants should have a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets courteous and timely.
• Delivers sandwich orders safely and timely within designated delivery area.
• Accepts payment from customers for orders.
• Reconciles cash from delivery sales with management at end of shift.
• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant areas.
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments and makes change.
• Follows dress code and maintains professional appearance.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner
• Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area only
• Accepts payment from customers for orders
• Works with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales
• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customers and makes change
• Executes genuine greetings and farewells
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code
• Displays a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Performs other related duties as required
