This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and handling daily cash and charge settlements. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive role requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) throughout the day, along with reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including driving and maneuvering in tight spaces
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards, build displays, and maintain store cleanliness
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment to move products
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
