Atterro in Harrisonburg, VA is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to load, deliver, and service plumbing supplies for commercial customers. This role requires independent work, strong customer service, and adherence to safety and DOT rules.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and weekly pay. The position offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of freight delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
• Experience operating 26-foot flatbed trucks, box trucks, or pickup trucks.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and deliver plumbing supplies to commercial customers.
• Operate company vehicles safely while following DOT and company regulations.
• Verify shipping documents and delivery accuracy.
• Unload products and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Collect payments for cash sales when required.

• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Delivery Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating vehicles safely while transporting products and materials according to established schedules and delivery requirements. This position requires sound judgment, strong driving skills, and a commitment to protecting people, cargo, and equipment.
