Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Hampden, Maine, is hiring a Delivery Driver to pull, stage, load and deliver products to customers. You will operate a non-CDL vehicle and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities include accurately delivering goods, unloading, maintaining records, and safe vehicle operation in accordance with company policies. A valid driver’s license, insurable record, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and PIT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Ability to lift, up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Has insurable driver’s record.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certified.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, stage, load and deliver products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Unload, check in, and put away inventory.
• Responsible for accuracy of delivered product, accounting of customer payment, signatures and monies collected.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment and fleet vehicles in accordance with Company, state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain current certifications and licenses in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Manage accurate records of customer returns for credit, including all related documentation.
• Represent Sullivan Tire in a polite, professional manner at all times. It is imperative to treat all motorists as future Sullivan Tire customers.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, has an opportunity for a Delivery Driver. This individual is responsible for pulling, staging, loading and delivery of product to our customers. You will be driving a non-CDL type truck. Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures.
