Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Hampden, ME is seeking a Delivery Driver to pull, stage, load and deliver products to customers in a non-CDL truck. You will ensure accuracy of deliveries, handle payments documentation, and maintain safe operation.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Training includes PIT certification and adherence to company policies while working well in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Has insurable driver’s record.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, stage, load and deliver products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Unload, check in, and put away inventory.
• Responsible for accuracy of delivered product, accounting of customer payment, signatures and monies collected.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment and fleet vehicles in accordance with Company, state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain current certifications and licenses in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Manage accurate records of customer returns for credit, including all related documentation.
• Represent Sullivan Tire in a polite, professional manner at all times. It is imperative to treat all motorists as future Sullivan Tire customers.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, has an opportunity for a Delivery Driver. This individual is responsible for pulling, staging, loading and delivery of product to our customers. You will be driving a non-CDL type truck. Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, stage, load and deliver products to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
