Kynect Express, LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring full-time Delivery Associates for the Fredericksburg, VA area. No CDL required; training provided.

Expect 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM shifts and a fast-paced, physical role delivering packages with a focus on customer satisfaction. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime; benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• The delivery driver performs the following tasks:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in/out of the van, and walk up/downstairs throughout your shift.
• Able to push/pull above and below the shoulder level.
• Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat.
• Load and unload cargo vans to deliver packages efficiently.
• This a physical job and fast pace.

Hours:9:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Full timenon CDL driverpositions available. Delivery driver training is provided and no experience is needed! We are looking for apositiveattitude with a willingness to work and adapt to change! Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
