Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking energetic delivery drivers to join our fast-paced team. You will deliver pizzas safely and on time while providing 5-star service and promoting a positive guest experience.

Positions are part-time with day and evening shifts. Earn $12.77/hr base in-store plus tips and mileage reimbursement; expect total earnings around $18–$20/hr with tips. Bi-weekly pay and wage-access options available; must be 18+ with a valid license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a decent driving record.
• Reliable vehicle required (no company-provided vehicles).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and products safely and in a timely manner.
• Provide 5-star guest experience to all customers.
• Communicate promotions, deals, and feedback with customers.
• Handle cash transactions as needed.
• Assist in-store duties like cleaning and food prep as required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver our products in a safe and timely manner
• Deliver 5-Star Guest Experience to ALL customers
• Communicate to customers about new products, deals, and feedback about the services we provide
• Manage cash handling transactions
• In-store duties include Utility work (dishes, trash, store cleaning, etc...), box folding, food prep, and maintaining a clean environment for our team

Requirements:

• Maintain valid driver’s license: 2 years of driving experience preferred
• Decent driving record (MVR checks conducted)
• Reliable vehicle (Company does not provide vehicles for drivers)
• Proof of own car insurance
• At least 18 years old
• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
