Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking delivery personnel to bring products to customers and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves safe delivery, guest interaction, and some in-store duties such as cleaning and prep. Must have a valid license, 2 years driving, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Decent driving record; MVR checks conducted.
• Reliable vehicle; company does not provide vehicles.
• Proof of own car insurance.
• Age 18 or older.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Deliver products in a safe and timely manner.
• Deliver 5-Star Guest Experience to ALL customers.
• Communicate about new products, deals, and feedback about the services we provide.
• Manage cash handling transactions.
• In-store duties include Utility work (dishes, trash, store cleaning, etc...), box folding, food prep, and maintaining a clean environment for our team.

Requirements:

• Maintain valid driver’s license: 2 years of driving experience preferred
• Decent driving record (MVR checks conducted)
• Reliable vehicle (Company does not provide vehicles for drivers)
• Proof of own car insurance
• At least 18 years old
• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.

Pay:

$12.77/hr in store, plus tips, plus mileage reimbursement! Credit card tips are paid on biweekly paycheck. Earn $18-20/hr including tips and mileage!
